how do you fall back to sleepfaster without drugs? lol dont want to hurt the baby

  • Yourself or your child? Are you pregnant?
    Start a night time routine. It will help signal your body that it's time for sleep. Make it about 1 hour long. Including washing your face, brushing your teeth, reading a book, whatever you need to do that will relax you.

  • Read a book. That's about the best way to get tired again without meds. Can you take Melatonin when you are pregnant? That's a pretty natural method.. but it makes you feel kind of worn out the next day... or it does me. I would simply try reading, with maybe a glass of warm milk.
