What is best for weakening muscles -other than reg exercise, I already get that---?

My diabetes issues make it tougher to keep strength up in muscles

  • Stretching and use those elastic band things. That's my only suggestion since actual exercise is out of the question. I'd try to take daily walks to, around the neighborhood at least.
