Are your Christmas decorations still up?

We're awful. Our Chanukah decorations are still up and Chanukah was actually December 1-8 last year.

  • yes it is. I am embarrassed to admit I keep it up until the end of January....

  • No.

I love Christmas... but I only love it as a fleeting season of the year. When it's dragged out from August to February, it ceases to be special in any way. Our neighbours had their tree up and lit on the 1st of November, and as of last night it was all (indoor and outdoor lights, tree, everything) still 'on'. I'm so done with it.

Makes me want to spend November, January and February in a Muslim country. Really.
