Why do toys have "MAN"ual instructions when men can't figure them out?

Do you think they should be callled "MOM"ual instructions instead?

  • too funny that is something to think about. Maybe we moms should start calling companies to call them mom-u-als and not man-u-als.

  • Gosh I have no sense of humor. Man means hand, latin root. I really had a need to point that out, figure some people don't know. eh

  • Too funny, and too true! My husband is a Transformers fan, so I bought him a toy for Christmas. I think he's still trying to figure out how to turn it into the robot. I told him a 7 year old could have done it in about 15 seconds. =P

  • Know what you mean. My hubby could never figure out how to put the kids' toys together so I pretty much did it and he tightened up the bolts, etc. Always cracked me up....I mean the guy was an artist with the welder when that was his line of work and he could read a blue print easily...good thing since his job entailed wiring airplanes....LOL
