How can i get my 4 year old to go to sleep without any fight?

  • Hate to break it to you hun but it will take a few days if not a couple of weeks to get there. What I have done that worked is:
    Bedtime routine (bath brush teeth story ect)
    Then hugs and kisses and take there hand and off to bed they go
    When they come out "It's bedtime" and you take there hand and off they go
    The 2 time it's a clip "bedtime" and again off to bed
    The 3rd and everytime after that you don't say anything and just take there hand and walk them back to bed.

    It make take up to an hr the first nite or 2 but after that it will get easier where by about the 7th day (if you have been consistent) you only have to put them in bed once or twice. A couple wks later they will just stay in bed.
