best diet that you ever tried/use/etc...

  • I avoid simple carbs, drink lots of water and eat smaller portions (along with daily exercise).

  • First Trimester Diet lol....I lost 40 lbs in my first trimester I was so sick..alll I ate was ramen noodles (periodically) and drink ginger ale..and crackers..Its extereme and Probaly not reccomended..But it worked and after 12 years of beding over 300 lbs I was finally in the 200's..285 to be exact..

    But a healthier way to go is... Smaller Meals..I snack threw out the day and eat only dinner as my big meal. I walked alot and danced (privately in my room) and had sex. thats how I lost the weight before I got pregnant.
