  • I like listening to music , taking a nice walk or just soaking in hot bath. Depending on what your stressed over some time just long deep breaths help calm the nerves. I am a college student at age 48 and talk about some stress. These are things that help me . The ultimate stress reliever for me is the suana something about sweating my a off just brings all that negative stress out.

  • When I can have sex
Right now a long hot bath and a good book helps me since I'm not getting anything.
