Day before you start your diet...

Do you go ALL OUT? Go out to eat, indulge in all your favorite foods, snacks, all the soda you want just to get it all out the day before?

  • Yes and I always have to start on a Monday~~and if I blow it have to wait till the following Monday~~That makes alot of sense doesn't it?!!! LOL

  • I do! I also "prepare" while I go all out: cleaning out the fridge, the cupboards, etc., making sure the workout clothes are clean....etc.

  • no not really, i do clean out the fridge and cupboards... i do allow myself some snacks here and there while working out as a "treat"... something less than healthy i guess, as a reward...
