labor question? cervix change

ok so I have a question my cervix changed from postieror to antieror positioning and from extremely hard to soften... does any one know if this means i'm going to have this baby soon or what? Please i'm dilated to a one

  • Unfortunately there is no exact predictor of labor onset, but these are good cervical signs that your body is preparing! Best wishes for your delivery!

  • thanks but i'm just wondering mostly if i should be on alert i'm only 34 weeks and i've been dealing with preterm contractions since 26 weeks... so do you think I should take this as a sign to be alert

  • With my DD I was dialated 4 cm for a week or so and then the Ob finally induced the labor.
