  • Wish I had the time...might make ME more accountable to my workout schedule! =(

    Ideas, huh? 11,000 steps in one day, 1 week - stairs (NO ESCALATORS/ELEVATORS), Once Around the Bend: While cleaning, bend to pick up ONE thing, stand up, bend to pick up the NEXT thing...and so on (this is awesome if you have toddlers with lots of little bitty toy pieces o.O )....
