  • Very favorite? Fresh gazpacho :-) But I haven't found it in any restaurants here and it's hard to make harder to make here cos the tomatoes don't get as perfectly ripe as they did in Spain, being sun ripened to perfection! But a good gazpacho on a hot summer day is like Heaven!

  • I could live on soup, but if I had to pick one soup as my favorite I guess I'd say good old chicken noodle.

  • I love Potato Soup and Chicken Tortilla Soup. I also had this soup from a restaurant once I LOVED but I forget what it was called. It was similar to Chicken Tortilla Soup but without the tortilla, with more veggies, and seasoned with lime soooo good.

  • I don't have just one favorite, I love potato, chicken, veggie...really the only kinds I don't like are any with seafood (don't like clam chowder or anytihng like that). I've never really had a soup I didn't like, other than the seafood ones.

I'm actually making taco soup for supper tonight, first time making it!
