I hate OJ....

  • Make sure you take them with food and don't have any antacids.

  • are you taking them in the morning? if so try it in the evening. atleast this was what i had to do when pregnant, the morning sickness made the iron too much for my stomach. or take with milk.

  • Have you tried asking for a switch to liquid form to have with OJ and breakfast? It might stay down better?

  • Red beans and baked potato skin are great sources of iron. I suffered low iron with both pregnancies. Will the iron pills helped some, actually. eating iron rich food helped way more.
