How to clean my caked dirty stove elements?

I really have to clean my stove elements. They are like caked with dirt, old food, etc. Is there a good and easy way to clean them? what kinda cleaner should I use?
also in the elements i need to clean it out too..

  • you can try "easy off" i think they make a spray that's not only for the inside of the ovens - but also for stove tops. i always clean my kitchen with lysol kitchen cleaner, it gets the grime out of my surfaces.

  • soak them with hot water and also u can use the bathroom cleaner it works wonders on grease.
