  • Like dullscissors, I can tell you what we ate last week, but this week (including tonight --the kid's out for dinner, so it's just me and dh-- and I haven't thought of it for more than a minute at a stretch) is a mystery.

Yesterday we had a veggie meal: butternut squash and white bean soup with spinach, cauliflower cheese (turns out it's a house fave, who knew?) roasted beets with onion and garlic, and coleslaw.

The night before, we had steamed dumplings and leftover stew.

The night before that, we had dinner out.

The night before that, we had the stew with homemade biscuits

The night before that we had chalupa (pulled pork with pinto beans, slow cooked together) on tortillas
