  • You take the largest number and subtract the smallest number..that is the range.

  • Simplest terms w/example.

    Take you largest number, subtract your lowest number from it.. The answer to that equation is your range

    EX:


    4,6,9,43, 60

    60-4= 56 56 is the range of this group of numbers

  • The range is found by taking the lowest number in the group and the highest number in the group. in this example the range is 47 to 99. My husband is an accountant he knows numbers!!!
