has anyone seen the documentary Super Size Me?

Morgan Spurlock nearly died just from eating mcdonalds for 30 days. 60% of american are either over weight or obese. within the next few years obesity will be ahead of smoking in cause of preventable deaths. i recommended all americans watch it. if you have a wii with net flix then it's available to watch.

  • Most Americans are too blind to see what they're actually eating. Unless they can come to terms with the way they are and why there are fat rolls hanging over their jeans and underwear, then merely watching that won't do anything.

I feel really bad for people. They could live so much healthier, but instead people choose to eat trash and not make healthy meals. IMO home cooked meals taste better and of course they're so much healthier for you...

People don't eat for nutrition and survivability. They eat these days because it tastes good and they want it. Needing and wanting are of course two different things.

  • Yeah, we watched it in high school in our nutrition class. I don't really eat fast food very often anyway, so I'm not really worried about it. Super High Me was really good, too lol. I liked it better than Super Size Me because it wasn't as gross.
