When would you start letting your daughter start wearing make-up?

  • My personal thoughts are ... At 15 she can start wearing foundation and mascara as long as she keeps it simple and classy. If at 16 she chooses to continue to wear makeup then she can add more. However, the makeup will stop completely if she overdose it. I'm not letting her cake on makeup, have racoon eyes, or do any of the trends that I see dramatic teens do these days. Never ever.

  • In stages, starting with a with a lightly colored lip gloss at twelve or thirteen, then maybe add mascara at 14 or 15 but no heavy eye makeup on a daily basis; for a concert or party more is acceptable.

  • i dnt wear make up nor do i plan to so im hoping she just wont want to wear it and if in case she does my sister is a makeup hoarder so when she is around 16 she can make her decision
