What is one exercise class or piece of equipment that you hated?

Equipment for me = the Gazelle. We took it back, it was so lame.

Class = Step aerobics. I am so totally uncoordinated when it comes to using that step, I almost broke my leg.

How bout you?

  • Treadmill because I felt like I was going no where...
    Class - Yoga, after breakfast. Nuff said.

  • Equip- Elliptical, I can't seem to move all the things the right way at the right time Class- Spinning, I loved the work-out but, my butt hurt for like three days (OK maybe just one), still not fun.

  • as far as equipment goes- hubby bought an eliptical and I HATED that thing!
    I did like the treadmill and bike though

  • I pulled something and almost fell off of one of those things you get on to do crunches at the gym.
