4 Bumps

39 weeks woke up 2 hours ago with very bad back pain and strong menstural cramps... did heating pad and walked nothing helped i dont know whats going on and its the middle of the night

  • Call the hospital or your dr....but I'm 99.9% sure you're in labor.

  • It does sound like you are in labor but there is no need to rush off to the hospital it is best to labor at home for awhile to make sure that it truly is labor and to give your body a fair chance in a place you are comfortable in. Just take a bath, eat a good energy filled meal drink a lot of water and try and relax and go with the flow.
