  • What I believe and what is reality are two different things. While I wouldn't want to have children at 40yrs old...there are many who do and do just fine with it. To each their own. It's their life....not mine.

  • I am sure what they lack in energy they make up for in patience. And it's 40! Not 90! lol.... I guess 40 still seems pretty "child baring" to me

  • Everyone is different. I was 23 when my first was born and didn't have the energy to deal with it all. I was exhausted all the time and just wanted to sleep. I'm 34 now with 5 kids and I have more energy than I did at 23 although I know a lot of women over 40 that have way more energy than I do.
