My game plan really isn't that exciting. I'm going to continue breastfeeding because that alone seems to be why I'm losing ½ -1lb a week with no exercise routine. I'm down 25lbs from the day I had my son and down 11lbs from pre-pregnancy weight. (I gained 21lbs, but lost 7lbs in the first 3 months so hopefully that makes the weight loss numbers make sense... lol)
In addition I am eating right and starting to do Turbo Jam.
