Has anyone done Atkins who can answer a couple questions for me...NO bashing thanks :-)))

I was wondering do I eat 12 to 15 grams of carbs each day in veggies and does meat count thanks

  • When you begin you eat 20 carbs a day or less. Meat has no carbs, eggs have minute amount of carbs. Try to keep your fats to lean fats if possible.No nuts the first 2 weks.
