Did you know the Koran (Qu'ran) said this?

Those who believe (in the Quran), and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians...and (all) who believe in God and the last day and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve." The Qur'an, 2:62

  • i just thought it was interesting... so many people use their religious texts of choice to "prove" they are the right religion. It is written into Muslim faith that they are not the only right ones. I love that!

  • I'm really not trying to start problems but Islam is anything but accepting of other religions, its one thing for an american to convert over to Islam living here but if you live in other countries and try to convert to Christianity or any other religion you most likely will be killed. We had a gentlemen from Pakistan come and speak at our church he had to flee the country because his own father and brothers were trying to kill him. They killed his sister because she helped him escape. It was so fascinating to learn about the Muslim religion from an actual Muslim that had converted. That would be great if what was written in the Koran was actually what they practice but its not.

Much like what is written in the Bible isn't always what is practiced either!

  • I am guessing that religion is the scapegoat used to control others... isn't it? it's not about your religion per se but not playing by the rules. exactly why religion needs to stay out of US politics. I suggest learning about Islam from someone who has not rejected it...
