  • My sister did. She said it was just as tough as her belly dancing class. I haven't tried it personally though i do look at the hoops when I'm at the toy kids tend to tear them up before I get a chance with them. But my sister said it's very good for the core when she was trying to lose the baby weight.

  • when the weather isnt good I always hoopercise indoors! I just have to make sure there isnt anything in the way LOL. If you have the right music it can be a wonderful cardio workout. There are many wonderful hooping videos on youtube that teach tricks and moves to get the heart pumping and muscles working! It is more than standing in place moving the hips around! I havent had the free time, but when I did, I hooped 30 minutes or more a day, mimimized my meal portions and i lost 5 lbs a week.

  • My friend had a heavy duty exercise one that she liked. My 3 yr old would love it!

  • Haha, I stink at the Hula Hoop, but my Wii Fit has a hula hoop routine that I do and totally rock at! Apparently, I'm good at it as long as there's no actual hula hoop to keep in the air.
