whats a good herb that helps w/ focus and is a mood booster?

Or even a food or vitamin? I had a crappy night at work lol. I am still considered a newbie being I have only been there for 3 weeks, and nothing was in the back of my mind distracting me, but I would like some information on anything I can take to help boost my mood and help me focus on my work (memory, concentration...etc). thanks!

  • Garlic from what I've heard. I know its a vegetable I think and not an herb...

  • I do eat a lot of fresh garlic! Not by itself but I add it in a ton of foods I make from scratch! I have heard of some who eat it by itself for the heart benefits. I'd be risking nasty breath though lol

  • FOods high in omega's. Walnuts, almonds, fish. Or take a fish oil or flaxseed oil capsule.

  • Try a tbls. of coconut oil, 3x a day. Works wonders.
