So I still have about 70 lbs of ground beef...

And I am sick of tacos, meatloaf, manwich, spagetti, lasagna. Give me some ideas ladies!

Oh, and it's too cold to grill out so burgers aren't really an option.

  • You can do burgers on the stove top in a pan...

    That is a lot of burger...How does one come by 70lbs of burger!? You an send some to me!!

  • There are a lot of casseroles that call for ground beef. Cheese burger casserole and hash-brown casserole are two.

  • But_mommie...I buy a 1/2 cow every year from my aunt. This year it was a large one...323 lbs for $1.68/lb. That gives me lots of roasts and steaks and ground beef.
