How good were you in terms of what you ate for breakfast today?

I had a couple of homemade bran muffins, OJ, an apple, and some yogurt.

Later I'll ruin that by having a Pepsi LOL

How about you?

  • Just on my way down for breakfast (it's only 7:53am here) I'll be having a poached egg on whole wheat toast, and a half of a grapefruit.

  • You did GREAT! I can not say the same. I had low fat granola cereal with 1% milk and coffee with cream and sugar.

  • Oatmeal --the Old Fashioned kind that needs to be cooked on the stove, with skim milk. Orange juice....100% OJ,not just the orange flavored yukky stuff...and a home made muffin.

  • Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gives your body and your brain a good start and helps avoid overeating later in the day.
