herbal supplement (or other) that helps with mood, memory, concentration/focus?

I asked this late and only had one answer. Thought I'd ask again! Anyone know of herbs, foods...etc. that helps boost mood, memory, concentration/focus? So far i have heard about ginko, fish oil and flax.

  • Ginko Biloba and St Johns Wort are both really good, you should see a difference in about two weeks.

  • I like 5-htp, helps with mood (take at night). Great foods are fresh (not frozen) vegis and fruit that are dark in color. Blueberries, asparagus, broccoli. Nuts are great for protien and good fat. Also, make sure you are getting enough water and rest. Nothing compares to the imortance of a good noghts rest :)
