Does anyone belong to weightwatchers and since has tried the new program, help notworking for me!!!

  • WW works. It takes it off slow. 2 pounds a week at the most. Keep it up. Go to the meetings for tips.

  • i was on it before they changed the points system, from what ive heard theyve increased your weekly points?

    anyway back when i was on it it did work. but like the pp said, its a slow weight loss, 1-2 pounds a week. this is considered a healthy weight loss. i lost about 20 pounds while i was on it.

  • Be paitent, fast weight loss usually puts the weight back on. Go to the meetings too.

  • People would lose more weight and keep it off if they just went to a natural whole foods diet. Just saying all these paid fads make me laugh. I never paid anyone a dime to lose 60 lbs and get my health in check.

  • I've belonged to ww since 1/10 and lost 23lbs. since the change, not so good. gained 4lbs and can't seem to shake it off. And its not a paid fad, you eat whatever foods you want from the store, its just keeping you at a healthy calorie and fat intake. Thanks for the motivation to stick it out, oh yeah I am!!!!

  • I've heard good and bad, some love the new program and others hate it :(. Personally I'm on the Body By Vi Challenge because I don't have to worry about counting points or anything :)
