Weight loss

I really want to loss the weight I have gained with both of my kids. I'm a stay at home and need some help! Please share tips, workout dvd's, and anything else. Thanks!!!!!

  • A good SAHM tip is to find a nice big gym w/ a great childcare center. Get a PT job there if possible as few hours as you can to get a free membership. That way you can go and your kiddo(s) can be in the daycare area and they'll page you if they need you. And you'll then have "free" access to the gym, pool, trainers, etc

  • Walk around the neighborhood; use DVRs (Jillian Michaels, the Biggest Loser), use the Wii Fit or Dance with The Michael Jackson Expereince or Just Dance games from Wii. Have fun!
