my hubby and i want another baby with in the next 2 years. I already know that i need to eat healthier, drink more water and exercise. i dont drink or smoke. is there anything else i should be doing soon to ensure i have another wonderful and smooth pregnancy and birth experiance?

  • When you are exercising, it wouldn't hurt to try to strengthen your core muscles. Your back and tummy go through a lot during pregnancy. Also wouldn't hurt to try to build some relaxing routines into your life.

  • I would go ahead and take a prenatal vitamin and start limiting your caffeine
