Should an EX wife be entitled to $$ that her ex husband came into, 24 years later??

She wasn't happy. She left her kids. Left him. Remarried. Has $$. Hasn't seen nor spoken to him in 24 years and now thinks she's entitled to $$ for the 6 years they were married.

  • If the court thinks so.
I would say as long as she is only trying to get money from the time they are married.

  • Really louise? Left her kids with him and took off? Hasn't spoken to him in 24 years? I'm sure that would hold up in court.

  • Nope. If she thought she was entitled to alimony she should have tried to get it during the divorce. 24 years later she should be pretty much SOL.
