ok iu have a friend who is allergic to everything! i am trying to make her a dessert but she cant have gluten, sugar, and eggs she can replace the sugar with stevia, agave sweetener, or honey.

any ideas what i can make for her for a dessert????? there had got to be something. get creatuve if you have to please! help! me!

  • Ask her what her favorite dessert she can eat is, and then google a recipe for it or look on for one.

  • There are plenty of Gluten free cake batters available from Bobs Red Mill. Also, check VEGAN recipes. Vegans choose not to eat eggs or anything animal related, and the sugar part is just a basic swap.I have a wonderful Vegan cookie recipe somewhere. You can google just about anything.

    I think if people understood what gluten really is, most would not want it either.

  • There are cook books devoted entirely to recipes for people with food allergies. Our local library has several. There are also websites like this one:
    Also, if you have a Whole Foods Market or large health food store near you, they often have allergy friendly dessert mixes and baking ingredients. I know the Whole Foods near me has Namaste Foods gluten free, dairy free, sugar free muffin mix, for instance.
