Under eye bags

Does your child have them? My DD is so fair & eats good & sleeps good but sometimes has them...she is very fair so I guess you can notice more.

  • My older daughter has them. In her case I think it's part hereditary and part due to allergies. The pediatrician called them "allergy shiners". She took allergy medication when she was younger and it did seem to lessen the circles.  Her allergies don't cause her as much trouble now, so she no longer takes allergy meds.

  • my 4 year old has them sometimes. she sleeps very little, but so do i, my mom, and my grandma. the women in my family sleep very little and very lightly. she doesn't necessarily have bags, but dark circles definitely.

  • my kids are TERRIBLE.... the pediatrician said it's because of being so very pale/fair and there's not a thing that can be done. It's certainly worse when they're tired though

  • look into a gluten free, dairy free, sugar free eating plans.
