Does your child have them? My DD is so fair & eats good & sleeps good but sometimes has them...she is very fair so I guess you can notice more.
My older daughter has them. In her case I think it's part hereditary and part due to allergies. The pediatrician called them "allergy shiners". She took allergy medication when she was younger and it did seem to lessen the circles. Her allergies don't cause her as much trouble now, so she no longer takes allergy meds.
