  • The way you treat this all depends on your skin type. If your skin is really oily you don't want to use an oil based cleanser, but if it's dry you also don't want to use anything with too much chemical acids without finding the right moisturizer.

Drink a LOT of water, if you don't already, sugar only worsens the problem .
OH and try to change your pillow cases once a week.

  • A scrub with hydroxy acid will help with tone, salicylic acid spot treatment for pimples, oil free moisturizer with either ingredient.

  • I started using a colgate spin brush (new) on my face. It depends on the skin type for the cleanser you use. You make sure all of your make up is off and you coat your face with your facial wash and use the spinbrush to scub ur face in a circular motion. after you wash the cleanser off and dry you're face you put toner on. You can do this at night and you should still be fresh in the morning. Good idea to change you're pillowcase to a silk one and change it often. the silk reduces wrinkles and leaves you less puffy on your face and changing it often will reduce you're chances of clogged pores.

  • by using the spinbrush you are basically giving yourself microderm abrasion, so be real careful with the chemicles you use if you are doing it everyday. the dark spots are more than likely from sun exposure, you need to where a good sunscreen when you go out in the sun. you can find sunscreen in most makeup now, including mineral makeup that helps prevent from clogging pores. be sure when you cleanse to completely rinse your face, a lot of acne is caused by the pores being clogged with cleaser. and last but not least, find a moisturizer that is right for your skin..... if you have oily skin and oil control moisturizer, if you have dry skin a dry skin moisturizer.
