  • Yoga is more of a relaxing and calming excersise that tones the body. Wheras Pilates is more of a "workout" type excersise that as well tones the body. Pilates is more active and more involved, whereas Yoga can be seen as a version of Thi-Chi. I prefer both actually, because both to me are calming and help with what I need help with. They're both great to strengthen, tone, and help you create a more flexible body.

  • Pilates seem to require a little less balance to me, which is good in my book.
