If I don't have ice for a smoothie recipe can I just add frozen fruit

I have a recipe for an awesome smoothie, but no ice. I know it'll sound funny but I don't have any ice cube trays.:)

  • I never use ice, it waters it down. Frozen fruit works great!

  • yep, i only use frozen fruit. I don't like ice in my smoothies, it waters them down. I keep frozen berries & frozen banana's in my freezer for smoothies. Works like a charm.

  • I never add ice. Just milk and frozen fruit. The consistency is like a milkshake.
