Anyone has any ideas of indoor activites that active?

I was wondering, when it's just too cold out side or your child just isn't feeling good to be outside, what do you do as activites with them? My daughter is 2 1/2 but she is behind in development (18 moths in the mind and talking)! I need some good activites for her inside that will be very active so she gets more tired to be able to take a nap! And remember she isn't talking like a typical 2 yr old!

  • Get some empty boxes from the furniture Co or grocery store b4 they break them down. You could make a Chou Chou train for her to push her babies in. You can check out video's at the library for activities for her to do on screen. or you can order some through Disney.com. There are also free books at the library or check on-line for free downloads for exercises for twos & threes. You can always play chase or take the blankets off the bed and pillows off the couch and have her bounce on the pillows. or make a fort and play pick a boo. You can make an indoor bouncing seat for her to go up and down in.Or you can line up the chairs and have her crawl over and under them or a Maze. You can play Duck Duck goose. set up some chairs and have her walk around until the music stops, then climb up in a chair. Move the furniture so she can run or hop to music or even dance to it! That will surely tire her out! LOL Hope this helps!
