When can my baby eat stage 2 baby foods? adult content

  • If he is eating stage 2's well and can sit up without support he's most likely ready. Just introduce one new ingredient at a time, a lot of the stage 2's have more than one ingredient in them.

  • Stage 2 food's are more for 7 month olds. I would wait until then to introduce it.

  • Hmm... usually foods should be started at around 6 mo. Introducing them earlier leads to a higher likelihood of food allergies. I'd proceed with caution and keep with stage 1 for a while.
