Best Cardio exercise

I've been told that to lose this extra padding I'm carrying around that cardio will help burn the calories. My Knees are bad and I have a hard time joggin but love walking. I also Love dance, pilates, bike riding. What are some great cardio exercises and what are some really good workout videos?
