Ok so as I was flipping channels Dr. phil was on with two teams of fitness people following this diet. I have heard of this diet not really sure of the details but supposedly you get results fast and its healthy....So all this time I am told lose it slow to keep it off which makes sense make slow changes....ok got it!
Well Dr phil claims faster is better and so does the author of this book whom was also on the show...I was like what? I am losing weightand while fast seems good it just doesn't make sense to me.... but curious does anyone know about this diet...just curious...LOL
I have heard of diets that make you loose 20 pounds in a month. I don't think they will work in the long run because as soon you get back to the old routine the weight will comeback .I tried the 4 week diet and so far I have lost......... 3 and half weeks.
