  • IDK but I can't say enough good things about oatmeal. If I had to pick the healthiest imo it would be plain oatmeal with cinnamon, water to drink, fresh organic fruit like berries and a cup of low fat organic yogurt. Oatmeal's benefits are healthy colon from the fiber and healthy weight and healthy cholesterol. Cinnamon lowers your blood sugar level. Berries have antioxidants in them to help prevent disease/illness. Yougurt regulates the digestive system and also wards off illness. Organic is always better because it is free of harmful chemicals, pesticides and hormones.

  • Oatmeal is great. I love it. My kids don't like it though. Scrambled egg whites, whole grain toast and fruit would be a good choice too.
