What are some things i can do to get a good nights sleep?

  • Don't consume caffeine, have a bedtime routine, learn relaxation techniques.

  • I avoid caffeine and  I also discovered that my calcium tablets make me very drowsy so I take them a bedtime.

  • Pick up some Melatonin pills at a drug store. Melatonin is found naturally in our bodies to make us sleep. The blue liquid sleep aid pills at walmart (aka benedyrl) helps too. I take two melatonin's and two sleep aid pills. I sleep so good. I've always had a problem with sleeping before.
