  • Yes, two out of three! my son the youngest one has no time right now, but he does do pulls up with a bar we have at home.

  • My kids are young but my sister is in her teens and she exercises. I am going to try and instill healthy behaviors like that in my children because I certainly didn't grow up with that particular good habit. LOL. It's a battle to get myself motivated, let alone someone else - but I can try!!!

  • yes, i am pretty picky about this, too many kids are plantes in front of tvs games, etc, mine comes out fast walking with me

  • My oldest takes karate...of course the studio has been closed all week due to the weather here, but usually she goes 3-4 times per week.

  • My son Does aikido and pt he is going into the marines next year my twenty year old does not have a car and has to walk everywhere. we all walk about ten or more miles a week.

  • I only have a 3 year old, but we go on walks and dance together all the time. He'll be starting gymnastics next week. :)

  • Mine are only 3(almost 4) and 2 1/2....but my older nephews don't exercise....ever. It's sad, really =(

  • My older child is a high school cheerleader. It is a ton of exercise. She is usually exhausted afterward.
