  • I love brown rice, baked chicken, and broccoli. DH likes his broccoli raw, I like mine steamed.

  • I make a lot of stir fry meals...being in Japan, I thought making meals the way I've seen them made here...would help me thin out since most of the people I've seen are so slim. Then again, there's tons of walking and I THOUGHT smaller portions.

  • Last night we had turkey meatloaf and mashed potatoes ( healthy version that is only 103 cals per serving!), today I am making shepherd's pie with the leftover potatoes and ground turkey... I also make grilled chicken, grilled pork chops, roasted everything- including veggies.. I make pastas that are around 300 calories per serving. I steam, grill and roast my veggies, and very seldomly use oil in anything.
