my 3 yr ld complaining of her chest hurting.

My 3 yr old daughter told me last night that her chest hurts. its upper middle. she started having a cough this morning. i asked her if she fell she said no and i dont remember seeing her fall. i ask if she could breath ok and she said yes. i listened to her back and i dont hear any obvious stuff. idk, im wondering if shes congested. should i just atch and see how she does or call her doc.

  • I'd give it a day since she doesn't have any other symptoms and then taker her to the doctor. If she coughed really hard she cou;d have pulled a muscle. Hope she feels better soon!

  • Take her to the doctor. She could be having asthma symptoms. These are the same things my daughter said when she was first diagnosed. The cough can be asthma related too. If it isn't a severe attack, you wouldn't hear any wheezing without a stethoscope.
