  • I couldn't, no...I envy those that can, however if you're not happy with what you CAN eat (in moderation, of course), then there's no pleasure in least, that's how it works for me.

    I love chicken...and every once in a while, a steak or burger....I don't eat a LOT of meat, but it is, and always will be, a part of my diet.

  • I am a vegetarian. I don't miss meat anything but seafood but I doubt I will ever go back. :-) it's easy, cheaper, and if you are conscious a lot healthier.

  • I have several days a month where I'm "meat free" - I think I could probably do it full time. I really like my meat though, I'd miss it!

  • I definitely could. As it is, we eat meat (mostly fish or poultry) 2 or 3 times a month. That's enough to satisfy my husband who is coming around but still really likes some meat. I'm also happy with it because I really do love well-chosen fish and seafood!
