trying to lose baby weight/from prior pregnancy

im drinking only diet drinks now...will be doing exercising once tax time comes to get a workout.any other suggestions?im a mother to 3 lil ones so going outside walking in the cold is outta of the ? dont want them getting sick.any other tips to for drinks i get bored drinking the sames things over and over so if you know of any drinks that wont put on the pounds.ive been drinking diet and water with mix ins.yougurt and etc.

    As to exercise and the little one have your husband watch (after work) them for half hour while you take that walk around the block.

  • MOM this is the best stress releaver i have ever done and i feel great am thinking better moving around better wanting to get up in the mornings and so much more hell i even feel like getting out and dating again
