What is a good Treadmill Interval workout for a beginner?

I want to try Treadmill Intervals, but i am out of shape & am a beginner. What is a good but simple workout to follow on the treadmill?

  • start at around level 2 for 5 minutes, then go up to level 3 for 10 min and back down to 2 for 15min. there's your 30 for your day. 4 is a power walk and 5 is a light jog

  • i started out by simply walking for 5, then "speed walking" for 20, then back to a walk for 5...

  • try the lowest level flat, then start going up a level and incline

  • I am not sure, I usually just get on and start at whatever pace feels OK to me and work my way up.
