What are some foods that your kid/ kids and husband/ SO never get tired of?

I have been realizing that my husband can BBQ but he really does not cook . SO I want to find some things that I can make and freeze days before going in to have my twins.

What are things that you fed your family and are easy enough for the non cooking too?

  • My whole family would eat cheese ravioli for days on end without complaining, which is really good on those busy days! I always keep a few bags of frozen ravioli and a jar or two of marinara in the house - add some bread and a salad and you're good to go.
Also - eastern NC pork barbecue. But I don't have time to roast a pig! :) so my husband usually picks it up on his way home from work. I have hamburger buns here, add baked beans and a fruit salad - easy!

  • Love to make up big pots of Chicken&Dumplings, different kinds of beans(and make cornbread to go with them), lasagna, etc. Those can all be frozen... Now to just have easy things to cook, I keep plenty of HB meat for tacos, HB helper, and spaghetti... My kids will eat mac&cheese every night if I let them... Breakfast items like frozen pancakes and french toast, eggs and sausage which we like to have for dinner, too... And of course, plenty of bread for grilled ham&cheese or pb&j, and cans of tomato or chicken noodle soup... :)
